Directions:
Begin by spraying on your feet if you feel sensitive or have a tingling sensation (this indicates a magnesium deficiency} then after a week or 2 spray on larger areas if desired

Magnesium Oil may be left on the skin or rinsed or wiped off after 20 minutes

It is also recommended to spray body 20-30 minutes before showering, especially before bed, to get a great night's sleep
Most of the absorption takes place within 20 minutes.

Remove any oils, lotions, creams, or other barriers before you apply the magnesium oil.

It is hard to use too much magnesium oil as your body only absorbs as much as you need.

However, if you are deficient and you take a large dose, the absorption can sting and itch (see above).
Do NOT apply magnesium oil to your skin after shaving or waxing. I recommend waiting at least 12 hours before applying.
Not recommended for use on broken, irritated, or inflamed skin.
